磐安縣XX工藝品有限公司與康華合作BSCI驗廠(chǎng)，本次驗廠(chǎng)董老師通過(guò)對工廠(chǎng)現場(chǎng)的走訪(fǎng)，初步整理出現場(chǎng)整改方案，并且對于工廠(chǎng)文件體系方面提出符合BSCI驗廠(chǎng)體系文件；對于工廠(chǎng)提出的現場(chǎng)整改后，對于相關(guān)負責人進(jìn)行BSCI驗廠(chǎng)的初步會(huì )議宣導，后期的措施跟進(jìn)落實(shí)，真正做到PDCA的循環(huán)跟進(jìn)；教會(huì )工廠(chǎng)基本的應對驗廠(chǎng)的技巧和措施。
