義烏XX進(jìn)出口有限公司合作sedex驗廠(chǎng)，本次主要由王老師進(jìn)行輔導工作。咨詢(xún)老師與工廠(chǎng)的相關(guān)人員一起整合工廠(chǎng)所有相關(guān)的信息，確認清楚工廠(chǎng)的現狀，針對工廠(chǎng)狀況設計最為合理及成本最優(yōu)化的方案。針對方案設計進(jìn)行相應的有效整改措施在落實(shí)過(guò)程中出現的問(wèn)題，進(jìn)行適當修訂；對落實(shí)過(guò)程碰到可以再優(yōu)化的點(diǎn)，進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化。全面按照落實(shí)完整改項目后，進(jìn)行模擬驗廠(chǎng)，咨詢(xún)老師審核當天陪同，全程跟進(jìn)驗廠(chǎng)進(jìn)度，對驗廠(chǎng)當天發(fā)生的意外情況進(jìn)行有效處理。

Audit finds are reviewed with factory management at the end of the audit
驗廠(chǎng)結束,驗廠(chǎng)結果與工廠(chǎng)管理層評閱
Factory agrees to a specified time frame as to when issues will be corrected
工廠(chǎng)同意改正發(fā)現的問(wèn)題的具體時(shí)間.
Note:A factory will be unregistered and assigned Non-compliant status if one or more of the following is found during the audit:
注:如果審驗期間發(fā)現以下一個(gè)或多個(gè)問(wèn)題,該工廠(chǎng)將被解除注冊且認定為"不合約(不合格)"狀態(tài).
The following are considred Severe Violations and will result in non-compliance factory status at any point in time not just after a 3rd audit.The factory would then not be able to be used for up to 3 years.
以下被認為是"嚴重違犯"并且在任何時(shí)間內(不只是第三次驗廠(chǎng)之后)會(huì )使該工廠(chǎng)被認定為"不合約(不合格)"狀態(tài).且三年內不得用該工廠(chǎng).

后續驗廠(chǎng)的第二次未通過(guò)
Global Compliance will assess financial penalties for the following:
全球遵約(人權)驗廠(chǎng)會(huì )對以下行為進(jìn)行評定財務(wù)懲罰:
1.Denied Audits-Auditor arrives to the factory and is declinded access to conduct a factory audit.
拒絕驗廠(chǎng)-驗廠(chǎng)員到達工廠(chǎng)但被拒絕進(jìn)入工廠(chǎng)執行驗廠(chǎng)
2.Unregistered Factory-Failure to register subcontractor/factories that are producing Target owned brand product(including subcontractors
未注冊工廠(chǎng)-未注冊生產(chǎn)Target自有品牌產(chǎn)品的分包商/工廠(chǎng).
3.Inaccurate Audits-The factory name/address information is not correct or up-to-date in BPM
不準確信息-工廠(chǎng)名稱(chēng)/地址等信息不準確或未及時(shí)更新
