沃爾沃斯（ WOOLWORTHS)驗廠(chǎng)為社會(huì )責任驗廠(chǎng)以及質(zhì)量驗廠(chǎng)，兩個(gè)項目同時(shí)進(jìn)行審核，難度較大。沃爾沃斯驗廠(chǎng)一般分為三個(gè)等級：半年期、一年期、兩年期，兩年期為最高等級。如發(fā)現有關(guān)鍵不符合點(diǎn)，工廠(chǎng)無(wú)法遵從道德采購政策所規定的標準，需緊急實(shí)行改正行動(dòng)計劃，盡快做到符合，存在危險的工廠(chǎng)必須進(jìn)行再審。

2.Company Profile/ organization chart/ Factory floor Layout 公司簡(jiǎn)介/ 組織架構圖/ 工廠(chǎng)平面圖
3.Company Policy / Rules and Regulations/ employee handbook 公司政策/ 廠(chǎng)規廠(chǎng)紀/ 員工手冊
4.Inspection report or permit on fire safety or building structural quality 工廠(chǎng)消防驗收報告/ 廠(chǎng)房建筑質(zhì)量驗收報告
5.Inspection report permit on including dormitory.
6.Inspection report or permit on environmental or waste disposal plants 環(huán)保審批報告/批文，污水處理設備批文
7.Inspection report or permit on specialized equipment including boilers, elevators,forklifts, etc. 特種設備（電梯/鍋爐)年批文
8.qualification or license of electrician, elevator operator, welding worker, etc 所有電工, 電梯操作員, 焊工等特別工種人員的操作證,上崗證
9.License of company nurse/doctor 廠(chǎng)醫的資格證/上崗許可證
