江陰xx服飾有限公司合作BSCI驗廠(chǎng)，本次驗廠(chǎng)主要由李老師進(jìn)行輔導。咨詢(xún)老師與工廠(chǎng)的相關(guān)人員一起整合工廠(chǎng)所有相關(guān)的信息，確認清楚工廠(chǎng)的現狀，針對工廠(chǎng)狀況設計最為合理及成本最優(yōu)化的方案。針對方案設計進(jìn)行相應的有效整改措施在落實(shí)過(guò)程中出現的問(wèn)題，進(jìn)行適當修訂；對落實(shí)過(guò)程碰到可以再優(yōu)化的點(diǎn)，進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化。全面按照落實(shí)完整改項目后，進(jìn)行模擬驗廠(chǎng)，咨詢(xún)老師審核當天陪同，全程跟進(jìn)驗廠(chǎng)進(jìn)度，對驗廠(chǎng)當天發(fā)生的意外情況進(jìn)行有效處理。
