杭州XX鞋業(yè)有限公司合作BSCI驗廠(chǎng),本次驗廠(chǎng)由王老師進(jìn)行輔導。王老師通過(guò)對工廠(chǎng)現場(chǎng)的走訪(fǎng),對于工廠(chǎng)提出的現場(chǎng)整改后，對相關(guān)負責人進(jìn)行BSCI驗廠(chǎng)的初步會(huì )議宣導，后期的措施跟進(jìn)落實(shí)，真正做到PDCA的循環(huán)跟進(jìn)；教會(huì )工廠(chǎng)基本的應對驗廠(chǎng)的技巧和措施。
